Setup Helper - Gelpac Poly Brampton
We are currently looking for 1 Setup Helper at our facility located in Brampton. We are looking for team players for whom the challenges of a manufacturing environment are what you are searching for. You will work in collaboration with the production department and will be responsible for the proper functioning of production equipment and mechanical installations.
- Dayshift Monday to Friday, 44 hours a week

Responsibilities:
- Cylinder changes on presses
- Preparing printing press for production
- Lubricating, cleaning, and maintaining presses
- Maintaining ink trays and ink pumps
- Maintaining and organizing cylinder
- Other duties as requested by supervisor
Required profile:
- Experience in driving counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks; 1 year
- Capacity to lift 40 to 50 pounds
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a warm environment, narrow places, in height and in different working positions
- Spoken and written English; a must
- Interpersonal communication skills, autonomous, methodical, and efficient
- May have to work overtime.
Mechanical Engineer - Gelpac Poly USA
We are currently looking for an ambitious Mechanical Engineer for our Salem New Hampshire facility. This challenging position incorporates all aspects of engineering from designing new prototype equipment to retrofitting older equipment. Coupled with our in-house machine shop projects are conceived, designed, fabricated, tested, and use in production to improve our products. The candidate needs to be passionate about, designing, building industrial and prototype machines.

Machinist - Gelpac Poly USA
We are currently looking for a machinist with strong industrial mechanical skills for industrial projects, prototypes, and maintenance in the two Gelpac Poly USA factories (Salem, NH / Haverhill, MA). It is a day shift on weekdays, 40 hours a week. We are looking for a team player who has a passion for manufacturing mechanical parts and equipment. As responsible for the proper functioning of the equipment, you will work in close collaboration with the maintenance and engineering department as well as the production department. You will work under the supervision of a mechanical engineer.

Your responsibilities
- Machine parts on conventional and CNC machines
- Perform different manufacturing tasks such as welding, cutting, bending, setups, preparation of tooling, etc.
- Assemble parts or equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required profile
- Hold a High school diploma combine experience or a Machining certificate or a CNC Machining certificate or equivalent
- Read and understand mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of shop equipment including machining and machine tools
- Knowledge of shop equipment including CNC machines, an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitudes

From Monday till Thursday with opportunity to work overtime on Fridays!

Week 1: 48 hours per week
Week 2: 36 hours per week
